• The Championship game is at Mattamy Athletic Centre and will broadcast on CHL TV

• If multiple users are attempting to login using your email and password, then you will be logged out. If you suspect someone has access to your account, please go through the steps to create a new password and prevent being logged out.

• The OHL Cup Tournament Pass is just a one-time package, not a recurring subscription, so you do not need to cancel.

• You can put https://ohlcup.gameonstream.com/ into your mobile browser.

• On the main page, just click Login then select ‘Forgot My Password’ and we'll send you a link to re-set your Password.

• On the main page below the video player you will see tab for CREATE CLIPS.
• Just click on the CREATE CLIPS tab, locate the point in the game you want to Start clip, select Start Clip then End Clip (clips are limited to :30). You can make clips from any view.
• You can Review your clip, save your clip, add a name and details for the clips. Your clips will be located below each game (Clips Of This Game) and in your MY CLIPS file located in the main display. You can review your clips, delete your clips as well as download your clips. All downloads are subject to the Terms of Use.

• Select the game you want to download from the On Demand menu then select the ADVANCED tab underneath the video player
• You can select the Download button and pick the view you wish to download. Downloads are subject to the terms of use and may require payment

• While viewing an On Demand game, select the “BOOKMARKS” tab under the video player then click the “Create Bookmark” button to add a personal bookmark for that game.

• On the main page below the video player you will see Camera Views with camera icons. Just click on the view you want and the viewing angle will change
• You can also select views on the vide player both in regular view and in full screen by selecting the camera icons on the video
• Selecting Camera Views may only available when watching On-Demand games
